I prefer to use the first option, but its wrong. Because in Governor of Poker, you have to win as quickly as possible. Or it will affect the final score.

When you play poker, pay attention to other players. Each of them have a personality. And you can guess by their gesture and voice when they bluff.

Some players are very careful, and other can bet all their money bluffing. Watch them, learn how they play, and you will be able to guess when to play and when to pass.
