Jane’s Hotel (Tips & Tricks Included)
Can you manage a small hotel? The goal is to do everything to make guests feel comfortable. They have too many needs - cup of coffee, newspapers, TV, room cleaning and so on. And the faster they get what they need - the more tips you will earn. In fact, this game has unbelievable number of things to take care of, even the plant watering.
Jane’s Hotel is a time management game, like the Wedding Dash or Cake Mania. But it has some interesting features that wasn’t yet implemeted.
The main difference of Jane’s Hotel is a huge task queue. You have many tasks - and you can click on each of them in any order an then just watch Jane and the maid completing them. I can’t tell you how great is this idea, you have to try it! Instead of keeping everything in mind, you can just put it into the queue and wait until it will be done.
You can group tasks to do them faster and to get larger profit. Unlike the other time management games, in Jane’s Hotel you have to group tasks in different way. If a first task that you want to group have been completed until you defined the second one, they won’t be grouped. Let me explain that.
Lets say, two of your guests wants a cup of coffee. Click on the coffee machine and then on the first guest. And while Jane is carrying coffee, quickly click on the coffee machine again and then on the second guest. Jane will bring them coffee without going back to the coffee machine for a second cup. And it means that these tasks were grouped. If you will click on the coffee machine and the second guest after the coffee will be delivered to the first guest, Jane will go back to the coffee machine to take another cup and carry it to the second guest. That means that the tasks are not grouped.
In Jane’s Hotel, you have to buy upgrades to be able to charge more from guests. The upgrades can be purchased only in certain order, because you have to earn enough money and gain some reputation to buy them. Don’t ask me why you can’t buy, for example, a couch and TV to the hall without the proper reputation of the hotel. Leave this question to developers
But in the world of this game, you can’t buy usual stuff if the reputation of your hotel is not enough. Even if you have plenty of money.
There is no expert goal in Jane’s Hotel, you just need to earn enough to pass to another level. And this is probably the worst thing in this game. No expert goal means no reason to make more money when the goal is reached. They can’t be spent on additional upgrades because of the reputation limits. There is no real challenge without the expert goal.
Anyway, Jane’s Hotel is a perfect game to play. Perhaps, it will help me to find the answer on a simple question - are there ghosts in the hotels?

this game is cool, but its getting hard in 34 level… help me find the way
I like the game, but now I am at the last stage and can’t get the $3200 that I need to get to the next level. And I am grouping tasks. Also, it’s kind of hard because you can’t see some of the rooms when you get to the bigger hotel, so sometimes you forget those rooms. It doesn’t seem that there is enough time to get the money you need. JMO! BTW, Is it important to keep the plants watered? Do you get credit for that?
i can’t even pass day 8
any tips on the chain or what should i do.
I did not have much problem until day 40. Now I can not really even get close to the 10,000 - I hit maybe 9200. Anyone get past level 40?
I am at the last day as well. and I am having the same problem 9200 seems to be the best score possible. My tips are up at 35 pretty much the entire time and I can’t even get really close to 10,000.
I finally beat the game just now - took me about 10 tries!! The trick is to get your tips to 35 as quickly as possible and then ever let them fall! i did it with 31 guests - keep the plants watered!
N/m beat it… make sure to always water the plants before they turn brown and always keep up on giving people their keys. You should be serving 30 people in the last level.
I found out the hard way!! I did not buy the plants until I absolutly had to!1 This worked great! As they sat unwatered they drain your money out!1 So..don’t buy them until the end of each level..then you are forced too! If you are stuck..go back to a level where you have not purchased the plants..and don’t get them until forced!!
I hate this game. It is the only time I have ever wanted my money back from a game. It gets so hard in the higher levels that it is not enjoyable.
Anne:
The game is a challenge. Why to afraid challenges? They can be too hard, but still possible to play.
I use to hold something over my friends head when they use to tell me ” I cant pass these levels, they are too hard”. I smiled becuase I use to pass them in one go (wedding dash and diner dash etc) But this game is absolutely impossible. Why would they make it so hard that people arent passing? I am at level 20 and cant pass it after over 50 goes grrrrr!!!
The game is really interesting, I don’t remember what level i’m on, but i can seem to get $5500. I made it past the 4star hotel and the 5star. The key to the 4 and 5 star is everything move you make has to be linked and the plants must stay watered.
I am at the last level and I have been trying unsucessfully now for more than two weeks and I cant win. I make sure to water the stupid plants, give out keys, drinks, coffee, food and whatever else is required and I still cant get through that level. Its hard when you are so close to finishing and yet cant get past. Anyone have tips for getting past level 40? Please help!
Can’t get to 4000, did the whole game over and still got stuck it is the room where you have to move the mouse side to side and that is hard………purchased Jane’s Hotel 2 and it is easier
I am stopped at level 20, I am grateful for the help by email
